I absolutely hope so, but then you have people that HATE the fact that a black man is going to be president. I think that in itself is going to cause a chain of events that we hae never seen before in office.

Not really sure how to answer this. I think insomnia can come about when we have alot of stuff on our minds. I think it happens when our brain can not shut down long enough to get some rest...not sure about the most random times though.

If you are not of age, then yes, it is disrespectful, and down right rude, to cuss in front of your parents, or any other elders. And if you are of age, it needs to be something agreed upon I believe. My son will cuss in front of me (your normal everyday words) but more like playing or in gest. However, if he and I were having words and he were to cuss me out, that won't fly. I wouldn't do that to him and I expect the same respect back.
11-10-08--How do Christian scientists believe the world came to be?
I would assume that since the word "Christian" is in that title that Christian Scientists believe the way the bible states it. Since they are scientists though, they are trying to explore and identify this and that, just like other scientists do. I just think they believe the way of the bible....that God created all of this....and the BIG BANG THEORY had nothing to do with it.

Nope!!! Today is my daddy's birthday. He would have been 59 years old today. He died about 21 years ago. I have thought about him today, and I have gotten a little sad. Time heals all wounds...and as the song goes, it will all get "Better In Time"...but you NEVER stop thinking about that person. My grandma's that have gone on before me....i ALWAYS think about them....ALWAYS! So, the answer is this...you will go on with your life and laugh and have a great life, but the people that have meant the most to you are never far from your memory or your heart.

Hmmmm I don't really know the answer to this one. I do know what you are saying though. I am freezing right now and if i were to get a paper cut it would hurt ten times worse than if I am warm. I have no clue, but when you figure it out...LET ME KNOW....hehehe

I like the quiet, especially after listening to constant arguing or talking back of my children. But, I think I could only go so long not talking or not hearing any talking. If you were to ask a deaf mute this question they could tell you what its like. I am pretty sure they would choose hearing talking and talking over what they hear. The quiet is nice... for just a little while. :)

It's never right to use anybody, for any reason.

It depends on when and who it is calling me those things. For example, it would be a little strange to hear my children calling me hot or sexy. LOL I would much rather hear beautiful or even cute from them and the rest of my family. Save the others for my partner in life. :)

I know this sounds very wrong, but in my opinion, it's because there isn't really another way to show them it's wrong. It's kinda like "an eye for an eye" in the Bible.

Hmmmm...I have wondered the same thing. Of course, people say that I am unapproachable like that too. Sometimes we don't like to leave our "comfort zones" I think. Excuse you may say, but I think for me that's the reason. I only want to go places when *I* want to go, not necessarily all the time. So, I guess I am guilty of this. :(

ONCE!! It's too expensive to pay to see the same movie more than once! I will wait for the DVD, thankyouverymuch. :)

I believe since God is in control that there is ONE SPECIFIC person for each of us. However, since we aren't God and don't know what his choices are, we go off looking for our own "one true love". I think we would truly truly be blessed if we actually found the one that God has chosen for us. Everyone supposedly falls in love with their "soul mate" though and then divorce happens, violence, adultery, and numerous other things. We just think (me included) that we have found "THE ONE", only to learn later that we were very wrong. When in a relationship, it shouldn't take sooo much work. Yes, you do have to work for anything and everything, but it shouldn't be SUCH A CONSTANT EFFORT. If you are fortunate enough to have found your "right person", don't ever let go. You will know....God will make sure of that. :)

If most guys show their sensitive side, in their eyes, their macho side will be crushed I think. I myself, believe that a man can be very macho, yet cry sometimes. A man is human, just like a woman. I don't believe that just because they are guys that they should never cry. God made us all to have that emotion sometimes.
12-16-08--Why does warm water help cramping?
Cramping is just like any other pain and inflammation that we have. Doctors recommend heat and cold alternating to get past the pain....and to make swelling go down. It does make us feel so much better tho!

It is a proven fact that you can't "make up" for lost sleep. So, if you sleep for 12 or 13 hours, your body is weak from lack of food, water, exercise, etc. If people get their 8 or 9 hours of sleep a night, we would all be fine! (Easier said than done....LOL)

Because I definitely get motion sickness, I believe that ANYONE can get it. lol With me, I don't even have to be in a car or anything moving. I can just be watching a movie and have it SOOO BAD that if I am in a theater, I will have to walk out. It would be crazy to think that an infant can't have the same reactions.

I really don't try to predict these things. I try, instead, to just take things as they come.

I am not an expert hygiene person, but I would think no. Hot water kills germs, doesn't it? We assume when we use soap it's with hot water, right?
2-2-09--What's one thing you wish to do before you die?
I want to see all of my kids get married to whoever makes them happy. I also want to see them have children, if that's what they choose...and of course for me to experience being a grandma to them. :)

Several factors, I think. Maybe we haven't gotten the amount of sleep we should have...maybe we have something going on in the day that we don't really wanna face...maybe we just want to stay warm....lol I just think it could be quite a few things.
