workin hard

ok, so it's almost the end of the day, and i'm like super tired and my feet hurt lol. i really don't see how my mom does everything EACH day...tidy the house, keep the kids in order, school, cooking...it's alot. plus having the baby during the day.

i didn't do school but i did watch the baby and do my chores and i cooked dinner =] lol. the baby was pretty good. he got to hang out in my room today and play on my bed. his mom wanted me to put him on his stomach a couple times today. he didn't seem to like it much lol. finally, instead of trying to hold himself up, he just layed his head down and i was stroking his head. he looked peaceful lol. we didn't have any problems. he slept most of the afternoon. oh, and i got to feed him his applesauce! lol. he seems to like it ok. his dad picked him up around 3:30

and i made spaghetti for dinner. and we had some sauce in the freezer and my mom said to add another can too it, so that's what i did. it was ok. the green beans not so much lol. it's supposed to cook in the bag in the mocrowave for 6 minutes, but my mom thinks they weren't cooked long enough. oh well...lol

i've almost got all the laundry done! if i keep on it tommorrow it should all be done by tommorrow night =]

my mom seems to be feelin a little better. she stayed on the couch most of the day and had a few naps. she looks like she feels better right now, but we'll see tomorrow.

i really think i'm forgetting something that i wanted to talk about but i can't member it. so oh well. i guess it wasn't that important lol. gnight yall

switching roles

my mom's not feelin good. she really hasn't been feeling good for the past few days. she thinks she has the flu =( so i'm gonna watch the baby today! i'm gonna play "Mommy". well, for some things at least. mainly for watching the baby and takin care of my mom. but she's still gonna do school with the kids and keep them in order the best she can without gettin up. depending on what we have for dinner, i'll prolly cook too. so we shall see.

so, we officially have a new president, President Barack H. Obama! =] we watched the inauguration this morning and CNN has been on all day. i think it's pretty cool that we have the FIRST African/American president in office. i was telling kevin earlier that i think him being president will come with alot of changes (well..it wasn't in those words lol, but you get what i mean). i think we need change. in a lot of things. so we shall see =]

also, i have been writing a little bit during the past few days and i think i've written a couple of my best things. i really like them. one was inspired by a picture of a newborn baby being held, and the other was with the prompt "how did we end up this way?" they are both on fictionpress and have been getting alot of positive reviews =] so that makes me happy

kevin didn't go to school today so he went with his mom to work instead and while he was there he drew this really pretty picture of our names inside of a heart =] i got to keep it. he dropped it off out side my house since we still can't actually see each other. i'll attach a picture of it at the end of this =]

poor miss kathy =( she's got a kidney infection. i hope she feels better soon! i was told that it only took a few days to go away, with shots of course.

i've started reading Twilight again! i got all 4 books for christmas and i still haven't read the last one. i was going to just read the last one by itself but i figured i would read all 4 instead =] so i'm on chapter 3 of book 1 lol.

emotional

wow, there's been so much drama in the past few days it's not even funny. i am soooooo tired of crying. i really don't feel like going into details, but i'm pretty sure that the drama is done with. for now at least.

poor sammy. he's been scratching so much that my mom and mike gave him an oil bath. like oil from a car. supposedly the oil is going to help stop the itching and he won't be scratching himself raw anymore. so yea. the oil isn't coming off real well though =/

anyways...

baby, despite everything that has been going on the past few days, we are still together. and if we continue to talk and communicate and be there for each other, i know that we can overcome anything, i love you baby, with all of my heart. forever and always, whatever it takes.

he's staying!

yay!!!!! i just found out that kevin's mom made a final decision on where she wants to live! she wants to be here!!!!! she actually found a house she likes and wants that's like 15 minutes or so away from the church, but if she doesn't get that one she wants to keep looking around here =] that made me really happy hearing that! i hope the decision stays final =]

haha, i just published a comment that said thep erson had found my blog by searching for "Nertz" online =D anyways, they were telling me about the National Nertz Association and the site for it and eveything. i might check it out later

but for now, i'll tell you about my day =] i'm actually kinda proud of myself cuz i got a lot done today. i got all the laundry finished, i washed my bed sheets and blankets, i did my school, i did my chores. basically, i did everything i was supposed to do today =] it feels good to be productive.

my sister was having a hard time thinking of something to write for her journal in school today, so i came up with the topic, "New Socks". and she's like, i can't write half a page about that. so i challenged her. i told her if she wrote about it, i would write about it too in my journal. she agreeed and she actually wrote more than half a page on it =] it was a cute story. funny thing is we both used Christmas in our stories without knowing what the other was writing, haha. i'll prolly post mine on fictionpress later, so if you wanna read it, check it out.

ok, so now that we have some summaries, we should have some more detailed things, right? right =] so let's see...what can we go into detail about....

the tuesday that we got back from Mexico, my brother and rachel came over to do laundry. and to be honest, i didn't really feel like having them over at the time, but by the end of the night, i didn't want them to go lol. we were just having fun and playing games and stuff. jonathan won most of the games we played, but i won like 4 and rachel won 2.
first, we played Dragonology, a game that i got for christmas. it was pretty cool! basically, you had to master 3 dragons before anyone else and then get to the dragon's eye. i think me and rachel both mastered 2 dragons, but jon mastered 3 and got to the dragon's eye. but it was fun =]
we then played two games of Disney Trivia. we actually played this because of my sister. she wanted to play Dragonology with us but we told her no. so jon suggested we play Disney Trivia so she could play with us. we played the first game without her because she had to eat and do dishes and stuff, but she and the boys played the second game with us. of course, jonathan won both games. lol
after that, me jon and rachel played a game of nertz and a game of cadillac, both of which jonathan won. again lol.
but then it was my turn to win =] we played two games of ERS and i won both of those. we also played two games of Scrabble, and i won both of those. however, rachel didn't play the second game of scrabble with us, she did laundry instead.
and after that we played two games of Scattergories. rachel won both of those. and i think that was one of the most fun games of the night. we were up til like 5 playing all these so by the time the end of Scattergories came, we were getting crazy with our answers. it was alot of fun =]
my brother and i don't spend a whole lot of time together, but the times that we do, we have alot of fun.


also, i now have 15 DS games! the newest three are Brain Age 2, WarioWare Touched!, and Imagine Teacher. i got Brain Age while i was in Mexico (well not really...we were right next to the border though) and for a few days, i played it every day. i kinda slacked though lol.
WarioWare Touched! i had to order online because nobody had it. and even then i got it used. but i think it was worth it =] it's alot of fun. it's kinda crazy though. if you've ever played it on the Wii, it's the exact same thing, just DS version.
and then Imagine Teacher i just went out on a limb and bought it cuz it looked interesting. and it's actually pretty fun. it's kinda more for kids than my age, but i still like it lol. basically, there's a new school and it only has 4 students. so the principal is teaching me how to be a teacher and he leaves the school because he isn't needed. the game tells me what classes i need to give the students but i get to decide what days they learn them on. and every night, i clean the classroom up. at the end of the first week i got a new student. and at the end of the second week, i got another new student. eventually, i'll have a full class. i also have to teach the kids their work and correct their work. it's pretty cool =]

The Secret Life of the American Teenager started back last monday, and American Idol starts back tonight. so i have alot of thigns to watch on t.v. for now. i'm still watching Supernanny as well. i like that show =]

me and kevin made a myspace together =] it's pretty cool. we put some of the pics we had taken together on there and then just some other ones that we had together. and there's a timer on there that says how long we've been together. it's been like 318 days i think =] almost a year! i can't wait. we've got 6 friends on there lol. kevin's best friend and his cousin, my mom and thomas, and then of course me and him. it's neat =]
we've been talking alot online the past few days. reason being i made him a yahoo account because his other one was acting kinda stupid. he wasn't receiving all of his emails. but now he is =] lol. so yea, he has yahoo messenger now and we've been talking over that. also, we've been using the webcams, as i said in my previous post. it's neat =] especially since we won't be able to really see each other for at least 2 more weeks.

summaries

wow, so i havent posted anything for almost a month. but i'm back! i have not forgotten yall! psh, lol, like a whole lot of people read this anyways, but yea.

so alot has happened in one month. christmas, new years, our trip to Mexcio, mine and kevin's 10 month anniversary! alot lol. i don't really feel like going into alot of details but i will summarize a few of these events. let's start with christmas

Christmas: christmas was alot of fun, i got alot of cool things =] my aunt got me these nail polishes that have pens on the tip, so you can make designs and stuff on your nails. it's pretty cool! first i made smiley faces and dots, and then my current desgn is zebra pattern =] haha, they're cool. and my baby really liked his blanket i made for him =]]] so that's good. i spent christmas with my family =] and rachel. having rachel there was kinda weird. she's not like an immediate member of the family yet so it was different. for me at least. not saying its a bad thing, its just different.

New Years: for new years, my family went to mexico to be with my stepdads family. we did our normal mexico things, like get Fresas and corn (i'm not much for those...i get nachos), and go shopping and hang out at his grandma's house. we spent all but one night at angie and carlos' house. tristan (their 6 month old) was my buddy when we were there =] i love babies! while we were there, kevin and i had our 10 month anniversary!! well, we didn't like do anything cuz i was in mexico and he wasnt lol, but yea, you get my point. and we couldn't really talk to each other alot because of the roaming charges. it was sad lol. but we lived.

it was alot warmer in mexico than it was here, so when we came back, we all got sick =/ we're actually still trying to get over being sick. not only that, but carson, the baby we babysit, got chicken pox. the incubation period is 21 days. because our moms dont want us to spread it, me and kevin can't see each other for another 2 weeks! it's very sad =( but he has a webcam and i'm using my mom's so we can still "see" each other. but i still miss him alot. when we get off house arrest, we're going to get my ring sized for our 1 year anniversary. he got me a promise ring =) but he wants to make sure its the right size and everything, so i get to see it before i actually get it lol. but he's giving it to me on our 1 year =]]] i think it's really sweet. also, he wants to talk to my parents about it before he actually gives it to me, which i think that's really sweet too =]]

anyways, i'm gonna eat lunch right now, but everything is summarized up to date, so i'll right more detailed things later. maybe. lol.
