the weekend

so i had a pretty awesome weekend =]

the military ball was on saturday, so my aunt came over on friday and we went shoe shopping and stuff. we were gone all afternoon. my sister came with us. we went to this place called Dots first. we didn't find anything for the ball there, but we did find a pair of really cute boots for 5 dollars =] so my aunt got those for me. i really like them. then we went to the mall, which is where we spent the majority of our time. we went into like every shoe place in the mall. finally we decided on these silver sparkly sandals but we still weren't that thrilled with them. well after we got home, we all went to walmart, my mom and the kids and mike included. and that's where we found the perfect pair of shoes for the ball! lol. so my aunt took the other ones back the other day and i wore the ones from walmart. she also had to fix/adjust my dress a little bit, so she did that too.
then saturday night was the ball =] i had alot more fun this year than i did last year. i think the reason being i wasn't as shy this time because me and kevin have been together for a little over a year now instead of not even one month. so i was more myself this year. and we danced alot =] this girl, cheyenne (sp??), taught me how to do this one dance (i dont know what it's called ) that everyone else was doing. me and her also danced together lol. kevin said that her boyfriend was his so she said i was hers and stole me from him, haha. but yea, me and kevin danced alot. apparently i'm a good dancer lol. kevin says i am, i told him i was just moving lol. but yea, it was a lot of fun =]]] we sat with sabrina and tilson again this year. she looked really pretty in her dress. i also kept telling kevin "she looks pretty" "oh, i like her dress" and things like that lol. it was fun =]] here's a picture:


also on saturday, we had jonathan and mike's birthday party! we had it for lunch this time instead of dinner so i could go to the dance later. but that was fun too. they both got alot of the things that they were wanting so that's good =] mike is 35 and jonathan is 20 (wow!) we had two kinds of cake as well, one for each lol. tres leches and strawberry. and there were like 3 differnt ice creams. i had the Candy Jar one. it was really good! it had a bunch of differnt candy pieces in it =D
also, jon and rachel brought their goddaughter, Emily, on saturday because rachel was watching her. she's very alert. plus she holds her own bottle lol. she seems like a pretty happy baby. she was going to stay the night but she had to be somewhere the next day, so Caleb and Stephanie, her parents, picked her up later that night.
jonathan and rachel stayed here until today. they actually just left not too long ago. jonathan finished the little short film that we filmed with the kids the other day so we all got to see that on saturday as well. it's cute lol

and then on sunday, i was invited to go with kevin and his mom to see kevins birth mom and meet his siblings, and then go to jason and kelly's after. it was fun =] i really like his siblings, they're pretty cool! you can definitly tell that him and lacie are brother and sister, they're into alot of the same things. joey and leah are really cute too! leah actually gave me this blue shiny round thing. its really pretty. i put it on my BIG SISTER necklace/bracelet (me and brianna bought it the other day at walmart, mine is BIG SISTER and hers is LIL SISTER). we were there for quite a while. i talked alot with joey for the first part that we were there. he's into a lot of things, like guns and football and wrestling and card collecting and stuff. he hunts with his stepdad sometimes as well. he even shot his own deer! they have its head hanging in the living room. and then me and lacie got to talking and we're alot alike too. we talked about twilight alot and she was showing me a bunch of videos and songs on her ipod. i didn't talk to leah a wholel lot but she's cool too =] it was pretty cool to see kevin with his siblings =] he got along with all of them really well too lol. i think he mostly talked to lacie, but he hung out with leah and joey as well. and his mom showed him alot of pictures from when he was little and stuff. it was really cool =]

when we left there we went to jason and kelly's. i had never been there before, but it's really pretty! they have a nice house. i got to hold kamryn for the first time =]] she's soooo much bigger now! after jonathan got up from his nap, me kevin and him went outside and played for a while. jonathan was riding all his tractors and bikes and stuff at first and then he got three soccer balls out and we played with those for a bit. we were there for a couple hours probably.
after we left there we went and ate pizza at Red Brick. it was really good! lol

so yea, i've spent alot of time with kevin this weekend. i've also seen that he's really good with kids and that he's going to be a great father someday =] (nowhere in the near future though lol) i've had alot of fun with him. i enjoy being around him, being with him =]

so yea, now it's monday. it's jonathan's birthday today actually. we're jjust getting back to our regualr stuff, school and chores and whatnot.

on april 11th i'm going to get to meet kevin's dad! he's coming out and we (kevin, miss kathy, his dad, and i) are going to go to the Skillet concert at six flags. that should be fun =] i can't wait!

my new site

so im pretty much addicted to SuperPoke! Pets lol. i've wasted sooooooo much time on it these past few days....but you should see what i've done with draco's space! he has soooo many plushies =]]] and i'm still looking for more for him! i almost have enough to get the habitat i want for him =] then i'll try to save up for Lily's habitat and get her some stuff, and then i'll do the same with elmo.

i like all the different kinds of plushies, especially the dragon ones =]] theyre adorable haha...so addicted..

so there's this app on myspace called SuperPoke! Pets that i've been really getting into. basically, you have this pet and you can clean it, feed it, tickle it, play with it, and you can also play with other people's pets. you get coins for all of this stuff and you can use the coins to buy stuff for your pet. it's cool lol. i actually in a way have three pets. i have draco the Dragon on my account, Lily the Frog on mine and kevin's account, and then i've been playing with elmo the Rabbit on kevin's account =]] so lots of coins lol. come play with me!

spring break part 2!

ok, so like i said, yesterda was amazing! =]]

kevin and his mom picked me up and we went to six flags. they got season passes and bought me a ticket, but they said i should look into a season pass as well so i can go with them more throughout the year. already they've invited me to go see Skillet with them on April 11th, and i think kevin's dad is coming in that weekend so if i go, i'll be able to meet him =]
so yea, miss kathy doesn't really like the rides much so me and kevin went on our own alot of the day. lines for the big rides (like titan and giant and stuff) were looooooooooooong. like hours of waiting long lol. we originally were going to ride the titan but after prlly half an hour his mom texted us and said she was at the shockwave and if we were coming and we asked how long the line for that was and she said not too long, so we went there instead. and it was very short for it being so crowded at the park! lol. so we rode that and he was funny on it lol. he kept screamin things like every two seconds and i couldn't stop laughing, lol, it was funny. so then we went on go karts. those were fun too! we went on them three times throughout the day. twice back to back and once later. so i won the first two races =] on the first race he got stuck behind someone who had spun out like right at the beggining of the race lol. so i passed him and he never passed me back. i actually lapped him that race lol. and tthe second race i also passed him and although he had to stop racing before i did, he never passed me so i still won. but on the third race....he owned the third race lol. he actually spun me out lol. yea, and then i never passed him again lol. he was so very happy that he spun me out tho lol. yea, go karts are fun =]]]
mainly, we rode go karts and shockwave, but we also rode the mine train once and the roaring rapids. i had actually never ridden that one before cuz it had always been closed. so yea, we rode that, reluctantly lol. i didn't wanna get wet. but i didn't really get too wet, he got alot more wet than i did lol. so then he kept huggin on me afterwards to get me more wet lol.
he also had never been to the top of the orange tower, so i took him up there =] we asked if his mom wanted to go, but she's afriad of heights so she didnt. it was really windy up there and we could actually feel it moving a little bit. later that day there was a sign that said it was closed because of high winds lol.
there was this marines thing going on in the park where the guys have to do so many chin ups and the girls have to hang in a chin up position for so long, and depending on how long you stay or how many you do, you get something. miss kathy said we should try it so kevin did, and he did 10 chinups and he won a lanyard (sp?) thats red and yellow and says The Few. The Proud. The Marines. on it. i thought about trying it, but i didn't lol.
and earlier in the day kevin smelled funnel cakes, which he loves lol, and so he had been wanting them all day. so before we left we got some funnel cakes. they are actualyl really really good! and really really messy lol. me and kevin kept blowing and sprinkling the powder on each other lol. we sent kevin to get them cuz his mom was tired and she didn't wanna be alone, so i stayed with her until kevin was real close to the front and then i went and helped him carry things back. but his mom is funny lol. she likes to people watch =] people watching is fun! and everyone kept trying to sit at our table with us or take our chairs and she kept gettin mad after they left lol. and she'd watch them and when they left she'd be like, "oh good, they're leaving" lol. we also agreed that we should give wedgies to everyone who sags their pants =D
haha, yea it was fun. we left after we had funnel cakes and it was like after 7 by this time. and we went to walmart, which was also very entertaining lol. we seperated from his mom again cuz she wanted him to go get some food for the week since she was gonna be gone for work, so we took our own cart, and at first i pushed him and then he got out and he pushed me =]] it was alot of fun lol. everyone, even little kids, kept looking at us funny cuz i was in the cart lol. haha...

yea, so i had alot of fun with them this past weekend =]]

when i came home, we all watched Twilight =] jonathan and rachel had come over too. so we watched that. mike had never seen it before. and he said something that i never thought i'd hear from him ,lol. he said "The book is so much better!" i was like wow..lol. but yea, he said because there is so much more detail in the boook and everything and all of bella's thoughts that you just can't compare the two. i think he liked it, but he liked the book better.

so here we are, sunday morning. lol. that was my spring break. how was yours?

so i had an amazing day today! me and kevin and his mom went to six flags today =]] we were there pretty much all day and then when i came home, me and my family watched twilight =] i'm really tired though, so i'll give a more detailed day tomorrow.

spring break

so i had alot of fun today =]]] kevin and his mom picked me up around 11 45 or so and we went to the Grapevine Mills Mall. we hung out there til about 6 or so. it was cool! we had lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. there's all these animals hanging everywhere right and some of them move and stuff. well, miss kathy is like deathly afraid of snakes, so kevin, of course, has to keep teasing her about the big fake snake that hangs from the ceiling and moves, lol. so in turn she kept pinching him lol. but yea, we had lunch there and we just walked around the mall really. went in to a lot of the shops and looked at stuff. me and kevin got some popcorn that was really good! he also got me this cute white TY puppy that's named Sweet Pea =] it's cute! and he's always paying for me and my stuff so i wanted to get him something too. so we were in Hollister and he was looking at the necklaces and picked one that he was gonna get, so i got that for him =] miss kathy got alot of clothes for Kamryn and Jonathan. they had alot of sales in this one store so she got them some stuff. and we also (well...i'm not really included in we, cuz i didn't pay for it or anything lol) got kevin a tux for the military ball =]]] he had to try it on and he looks really handsome in it!! but yea, they ended up getting that for the ball

so after that, we went to the movies and saw Knowing. if you havn't seen the movie and would like to, don't read any further, spoilers will be involved!


so basically, the story is that this girl Lucida had the gift of prophecy and wrote down all these dates and locations that people were going to die and how many were going to die, and they all came true. but she put it in a time capsule for school and it was found 50 years later. so this guy is trying to figure it out and tryign to figure out how to help save people and so there are some pretty graphic scenes of death incidents. for example, a plane crash, where it shows everyone running around burning, and a subway crash, that shows the bus hitting several people, and spurting blood from some person even. it has some really cool special effects in it! but these creepy guys keep coming to the two main kids in the movie and telling them things that no one else can hear and basically, the world is going to end in fire and the children will be saved to create a new world to live in. it then shows a classic Adam and Eve setting at the end of the movie. i really liked it because it has some real meaning behind it. you know, the world is gonna end some day and it's gonna be a sad and chaotic thing. and idk...i had so many thoughts and emotions during the movie that i don't really remember now, but , yea, it was good.

we're going to go to six flags tomorrow and maybe ripley's believe it or not as well. it should be fun. but i'm tired, and getting up early, so goodnight

quickie

haha, so today was the first day that i've been home when cody is here. he's funny, lol. the boys love to play with him although him and christian get along a little better than him and brandon do. but he's cute. i was cleaning the gerbil cage today and he loved the little guys! he helped me with their food and treats and i let him pet them. he seems to be a little hyper-active but for the most part hes a good kid

poor brianna is having some trouble with division. she's been at it for hours, and she finally understands it to some extent. she's gonna love it when she gets to harder things! not. lol. but if she applies herself, she can do really well

and i have something im excited for now! =] kevin and his mom asked me to go to six flags with them on friday and the grapevine mall i think on saturday. should be fun =]

as for now, i really have chores to do, so yea...later i guess

plans

well i have plans for tomorrow! even if it's not with my most favorite people lol. but it'll be good to get out of the house and i hink it'll make them both happy. belinda is working half a day tomorrow, so me her and mayme are going to lunch and then to walmart.

nothin much

so i just got done helpin my dad replace the lowbeam lightsbulbs on his car. you'd think it'd be easy because it's right there and everything, but it's actually harder than it looks. but we got it done in a good amount of time =] i got one in and he got the other

also, my mom started a blog. well, she's had it for a while, but she actually posted today lol. her's are prolly more detailed than mine. this speciic post was about our weekend. it was cool to read it from her point of view =]

crane game

lol, wow...some people just dont watch their kids like they should. i just saw a video (link at the end of this post) where a little girl climbed up into one of those crane game machines and her sister (i think it was her sister) immediatley went to tell her parents. of course, her parent's didn't believe her but she kept telling them so the mom went and looked and sure enough, the little girl was in there! lol. it's finny but at the same time it's not, you know what i mean? but yea, they got her out safely and then left. i bet she was in a lot of trouble when she got home

memories

its almost 5 in the morning. i've been reliving my childhood all night =] my mom is trying to set up her new printer and mike is...well im not exactly sure what he's doing lol, organizing maybe? idk, but anyway, im just chillin in their room and i keep saying "remember when..." good times good times =] i wrote this little prose the other dya at my grandma's when i was thinking bout the past:

childhood = carefree play and endless days

yup yup...=] this all started with my buying the book "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" which led me toshow mike all the books i really loved from my my childhood that i had kept and the ones that i had bought and yea, soon i was saying "remember when..."

i love my life!

there are times when i think i really have it rough, but all in all, i've had one of the best lives a person could live. i have to thank my family for that one =] they're the ones who gave it to me. well and God

i'm still alive

so, i havn't posted in a long long time, but i wanted to let yall know i havn't fallen off the face of the earth. i just havn't felt like writing. there's been plenty to write about. i just havn't felt like it.

so since i've last written there have been some main highlights...like my sister turning 10! yay, double digits =] and mine and kevin's one year!! yay =]] lol

other than that, there really hasn't been anything major. just chillin and stuff. my aunt and granmda have come over for the past two weekends so we had fun with them. they won't be here this weekend though =/ oh well. maybe i'll work more on my cross-stitching then. i started oding it again last night. i really need to get a picture frame so i can give this other one i made to mayme....

but anyway. mike finished the first twilight book the other night and i finally finished all 4!! go team edward! but yea, with a little convincing from me and my mom he started reading the second one. hopefully we'll get him to read all 4. idk, we'll see

kevin joined a band! he's song writer/backup vocals. originally, their name was Seeking Justise (such a cool name!!) but some of the guys were too busy for it so they joined with this one band, E.V.O.L. i liked seeking justice alot better...so did he lol. oh well. they're supposed to be having their first photoshoot on sunday.

my dad started texting LOL. i find that extremely hilarious, just cuz i never thought that day would come. but yea, he texted me one day out of the blue and said he had texting so we text now.
